Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Automation Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability across various operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement automated solutions and streamline workflows, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and tools to support software development and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define and implement automation strategies.

• Write, test, and maintain scripts and automated tests to improve the efficiency of software delivery and testing.

• Optimize and automate manual tasks in software deployment, testing, and monitoring.

• Troubleshoot and debug automation systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.

• Continuously improve automation processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in workflows.

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in automation technologies and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and techniques.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, or similar).

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS and Google Cloud) for automation.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
